Residential Renovation Before and After
The goals of the renovation were to open up the house and allow in more natural light. As you can see from the photographs below, the results were spectacular. The flow through the home was completely decongested, and the homeowners’ excellent sense of style was allowed to shine though.

What an amazing transformation! A traditional Williamsburg house really blossomed through this process of renovation into the airy, modern dream-home that our clients had envisioned. Carrboro Plaza Veterinary Clinic Renovation
In 2006, Kennedy Building Company had the pleasure of expanding the Animal Clinic at Carrboro Plaza, more than doubling their square footage, as well as completely rearranging and repurposing the interior. As you can see below, the whole office was altered – new boarding rooms, offices, treatment facilities, and reception/waiting areas were constructed. Not content just to add spaces, the clinic was revamped from top to bottom, adding functional work and storage areas along nearly every wall, and rerouting the floor plan for much easier navigability.
